Three plans, published on the pricing page: Starter at $180 AUD/month for businesses establishing one accurate record; Professional at $250 AUD/month; and Organisation at $399 AUD/month for larger operations. The differences between tiers are capacity and scope, not feature extortion: the operational core — inventory with live multi-location quantities, orders and customer ordering portals, purchasing with price-variance flags, invoicing to the accounting system, recipes, batches and stocktakes — sits in the plans rather than behind them. SMS sending is billed per segment at $0.20 AUD; emails are included.

Two deliberate absences shape the price honestly: there is no free-forever tier (there is a free trial of the whole product), and there is no separate manufacturing module — recipes, production runs and mass-balance reporting are core, not add-ons.

How to read any software price, including ours

The sticker is the entry fee. Total cost over three years includes implementation hours, training, and the person-hours of keeping the record accurate — plus whatever the tool replaces: the spreadsheet maintenance, the re-keying, the stocktake archaeology. A tool that costs more per month and eliminates ten hours of re-keying is cheaper; the full cost picture does that arithmetic.

The feature-gate map. Ask which features sit behind which tier — multi-location, batch tracking and portals are the classic paywalls — and check them against where the business will be in two years, not where it is today.
