MrSoftware Pty Ltd requires any refund requests to be sent in writing to your account manager via E-Mail, or to info _@_ bsimple.com.au
As monthly system access is charged in advance, refunds are in general given for the unused portion of the calendar month from the date of request.
MrSoftware Pty Ltd will comply with Australian Consumer Law and issues refunds for services provided that meet the “What is a Major Problem” outlined here: https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/consumer-rights-guarantees/repair-replace-refund#what-is-a-major-problem- as long as MrSoftware is given the appropriate time to repair or replace the faulty product via the methods already listed.
